我之前就在想，如果能用 Fable5 来做需求的拆解、技术架构的设计，再用 GLM 或者 Kimi 负责执行，让 Codex 去测试 debug，最后由 Fable5 验收，那该有多好，质量与速度都能兼顾。

其实我早就发现了 ORCA 的 orchestration 能力，但一直苦于没有时间尝试。最近糊了一个 orchestration 的 viewer 来展示编排完成后的任务，终于能把这个想法落地了。

现在很多 agent 工具在执行脚本时，如果本地没装对应的解释器，比如python或者js或者ruby等，就跑不了，更何况还有不同的版本问题

但这些运行时本身都是现成的，所以有没有可能做一个跨语言的统一运行时分发层，专门为 agent 设计：类似 npm 那样，agent 声明一句"我要python3.12加这几个库"，就按需拉一个自包含的运行时下来用，不用管本地有没有装环境，又不影响本地的环境，还比 sandbox 轻量

uv 在 python 上其实已经干成了一半，说明这条路是通的，缺的只是把它做成跨语言、专门给 agent 调用的统一版本，岂不是一举多得
